DOMAINE MOSSE

Domaine Mosse is a family estate in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, Loire Valley, founded in 1999 by Agnes and Rene Mosse and now run by their sons Joseph and Sylvestre. The 15-hectare vineyard is organically farmed, with vines on schist and sandstone soils in Anjou Villages and Coteaux du Layon. Chenin Blanc is the heart of the domaine, producing fine, textured whites with mineral drive. Reds from Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Gamay and Cot add depth to the range. Fermentations are natural, elevage is long in barrel or foudre, and the wines show clarity, honesty and a true sense of place. Today, the Mosse family stands among the leading names in the natural wine movement, admired for their authenticity and influence across the Loire and beyond.
